Weifang Xinxing Label Products Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “XinXing Label”) is the data controller for this website and for any enquiry you send us. We are a self-adhesive label manufacturer selling business-to-business: we do not sell to consumers, we do not run advertising networks, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, by email or by WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to include. In practice this is usually:
- Your name and job title
- Company name, country and website
- Email address and telephone number
- The details of your enquiry — label specification, artwork, quantity, delivery address
Artwork files you send us are treated as confidential. They are used only to prepare your quotation, proof or production job, and are never shown to another customer or used as a sample without your written permission.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: pages viewed and time spent, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, browser, operating system, device type and screen resolution, and the page or search that brought you here.
We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

Cookies and analytics

Who else sees your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to do the job you asked us to do:
- Freight forwarders and couriers — name, address and phone number, so your order can be shipped and cleared through customs
- Customs and tax authorities — where export documentation legally requires it
- Service providers who run this website — our hosting provider, Google Analytics and our email provider
International transfers
We are based in China and our business records are held in China. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data is transferred outside your jurisdiction when you contact us.
We transfer only what is necessary to quote, produce and ship your order, we apply the protections described in this policy wherever the data sits, and we will enter into standard contractual clauses on request. If you would prefer a specific data processing arrangement before sending us an enquiry, write to us and we will discuss it.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and why
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we are using it
- Provide a copy in a portable format
- Stop sending you updates — no reason needed
Write to the address at the foot of this page and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection supervisory authority.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Access to enquiry and customer records is limited to the staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of commercial information — yours and ours — seriously.
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is material, we will tell existing contacts by email before it takes effect.
