Weifang Xinxing Label Products Co., Ltd. was founded on 27 September 2003 and has done one thing since: print self-adhesive labels. Twenty-three years later the company is a National High-Tech Enterprise with RMB 15 million in fully paid-up capital, 69 employees and 81 machines.
The timeline below is drawn from our fixed-asset records. We publish it because overseas buyers sourcing labels from China are, reasonably, worried about finding a trading desk instead of a factory — and a purchase history is harder to fake than a brochure.

What the last four years were spent on
- 2023 — platemaking. Most label converters buy plates outside. Bringing the whole chain in-house shortened sampling and artwork revisions, which is the single biggest source of delay in overseas orders.
- 2024–2025 — press and die-cutting capacity. Three letterpress units support the four printing processes. As of September 2026, our finishing equipment includes 12 standalone die-cutters, excluding inline units on the flexographic presses.
- 2025 — inspection. Seven high-speed label inspection machines, two inline vision systems and a dedicated sheet inspection unit. Defect escape is what an overseas buyer cannot inspect around, so it is where we over-invest deliberately.
- 2026 — digital. White ink means film labels no longer need a plate to run short. A first order can now be one piece.
