Hot foil stamping adds reflective decoration to selected parts of a label, such as a logo, product name or border. It is an option for personal-care packaging, food gifts, wine and other products where the printed finish is part of the brand presentation.

Hot Foil or Metallic Material?
Foil stamping places decoration in selected areas. A metallized face material creates a metallic base that can be used through the artwork, with white ink where an opaque background is needed. We also offer cold-foil options; the suitable route depends on the design, stock and quantity.
Prepare Artwork for Review
- Supply the foil artwork separately from process-colour artwork, with clear layer names.
- Identify fine lines, small lettering and large solid foil areas for production review.
- Show any required alignment with printed or embossed features.
- Specify the overall label size, material, desired finish and number of designs.
Minimum feature sizes and spacing depend on the actual design and production route. We confirm these during artwork review rather than applying one limit to every label.
Approve a Physical Effect
Review a sample under more than one lighting angle and on the intended package. Check reflective appearance, print-to-foil alignment and handling durability. Tooling, sample scope and repeat-order requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
