Total facility area: 10,000 m² — 6,000 m² for production, 2,000 m² for warehousing, and 2,000 m² for offices and other areas.
What You Are Looking At
- Printing floor — flexographic, PS plate, screen and digital lines running side by side
- Prepress department — Esko CDI plate imaging and DuPont thermal processing, done in our own building rather than sent out
- Inspection area — seven high-speed machines checking every finished roll
- Laboratory — adhesion, temperature, chemical and RoHS testing
- Controlled environment — central air conditioning, dehumidifiers and humidification, because register accuracy depends on the room as much as the press

Factory visits are welcome. We are in Hanting District, Weifang, Shandong — around two hours by road from Qingdao airport, and Weifang has its own airport with domestic connections.
