Four Printing Processes Under One Roof
Most label converters own one press and fit every job onto it. We select the process that suits your artwork, run length and material — which usually means a better label at a lower cost.

Standard web width 300 mm, 450 mm on one press (print length ≤ 380 mm). Master rolls can be slit in-house up to 1,700 mm, so we can convert incoming stock ourselves. See the full equipment list →
Plate-Making Is In-House
Most converters outsource plates. We make ours on an Esko CDI Spark 4835 laser imager with a DuPont Cyrel FAST 2000TD thermal processor, plus CTP for offset plates and an EPSON register verification system.
What this means for you: artwork revisions and repeat-order plate changes do not queue behind an outside supplier. Sampling is faster, revisions are faster, and urgent jobs stay possible.
Inspection Is Over-Built on Purpose
Defect escape is the single biggest risk in overseas label sourcing. It is where we spend.
- Seven SMART-330 / SMART-370B high-speed roll inspection machines
- Two inline vision systems on the flexo presses
- A dedicated sheet inspection unit (installed 2025)
- An in-house laboratory testing friction resistance, holding tack, RoHS, high and low temperature performance
The workshop runs on central air conditioning with seven dehumidifiers and a humidification system. Stable temperature and humidity is the physical precondition for register accuracy on multi-colour work — not a marketing line.
Materials
Face stocks are sourced from Avery Dennison, UPM Raflatac and other recognised suppliers, held in a stocked warehouse so lead times do not depend on material arriving.

Low-Risk First Order
Our digital line runs from a one-piece minimum order quantity. For a buyer sourcing from an unfamiliar supplier, that removes the usual dilemma of committing to a full production run before seeing the quality.
Sample first, run a small batch, then scale to the conventional presses once you are satisfied — same factory, same quality system, no change of supplier.
