Custom labels for water, juice, beer, wine, spirits and other beverage containers. Choose the appearance you want on shelf, then match the label construction to the bottle, filling line and storage conditions. Condensation, immersion and dry shelf display require different checks.
Start With the Bottle and Use Conditions
- Water, juice and chilled drinks: identify glass or plastic, bottle curvature, filling conditions and expected condensation.
- Beer and drinks served in ice: describe the immersion conditions and duration so the adhesive, face stock and print protection can be assessed together.
- Wine, spirits and limited editions: review paper or film, white ink, foil details and the desired matt, gloss or textured appearance.
Material and Format Example

Build the Look of the Label
White or clear BOPP can be reviewed for film-based bottle labels. Clear designs may need white ink beneath selected artwork areas. Paper and metallized stocks offer other appearances; material selection also depends on moisture and handling.
Hot foil, lamination and varnish or tactile effects can highlight the brand and adjust the surface finish. Supply colour references and identify the areas that need decoration before approving the artwork proof.
Confirm Fit on Your Labelling Line
Send the label dimensions, gap, liner requirements, roll core, maximum outside diameter and unwind direction. Clear labels may also need a compatible sensing method. Confirm the printing area for any date or batch information added on your line.
Test the Complete Construction
Apply samples to representative filled bottles using the intended method. Check initial bonding, edge lift, wrinkling and print condition after the agreed dwell time and storage cycle. Where relevant, include condensation, ice-water exposure and abrasion during packing and transport.
Confirm the intended use and any required material documentation before quoting. A trial on one bottle or filling condition does not establish performance on every container.
