Printing, Finishing and Inspection In-House
Prepress is ours
Esko CDI Spark 4835 from Germany, Glunz & Jensen plate processing from Denmark, and the full licensed Esko software suite — Color Pilot for brand colours, PowerTrapper for 12-colour trapping, ArtPro+ so your own artwork files run without conversion.
Inspection at key stages
Seven high-speed inspection machines, two inline vision systems and a barcode grading verifier. The inspection control software is our own — one of nine registered copyrights we hold for press control.
Test on your container
Our laboratory supports adhesion, friction and temperature testing. Send your container and use conditions so we can agree on a suitable test plan. Equipment limits are not label performance ratings.
Samples and short runs
White ink on the digital line means clear and metallised films run short without a plate. Prove it on your own product, then scale to the conventional presses — same factory, no change of supplier.
Start With the Material
Choose the face material together with the adhesive, ink and protective finish. Your container, application conditions and expected use determine the complete label construction.
BOPP Labels
White, clear and metallized films for product packaging. Compare appearance, adhesive selection and testing for moisture or chilled storage.
PET & Polyimide Labels
Heat, solvents and outdoor exposure. Rating plates, PCB and electronics assembly, asset tags, engine bay components.
Metallized Labels
Met-PET and bright silver BOPP with a true metal finish. White ink underprint means short runs need no plate.
Synthetic Paper Labels
Prints like paper, behaves like film. Tear, water and oil resistant — used where coated paper keeps failing.
Kraft & Coated Paper
Natural uncoated kraft for organic food and craft beverage; coated paper for accurate colour at the lowest cost.
Thermal Labels
Barcode, logistics and shipping stock for your own printers — supplied with matching wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons.

PS Plate Self-Adhesive Label Printing Machine
Up to 7 colours + 1. Sharp fine text and high ink density for small-format labels.
Flexographic
Up to 12 colours. Inline rotary die-cutting and sheeting on our 12-colour presses. Long runs at speed, with consistent colour across batches.
Screen
Heavy ink lay-down for tactile and high-opacity effects.
Digital UV
CMYK + white. Short runs, variable data and fast turnaround with no plate cost.
Web width 300 mm standard, 450 mm on one press (print length ≤ 380 mm). In-house Esko CDI and CTP platemaking. The production route is confirmed against your specification.
Label Testing for Your Application
We assess label constructions against agreed application conditions. Share your container, temperature range and exposure to moisture, oils or chemicals; testing and documentation are confirmed for the project.
