In-house Esko prepress tools support colour management, trapping and plate preparation. We review artwork against the selected printing route so you can confirm the proof before production.
Inspection at key stages
Seven high-speed inspection machines, two inline vision systems and a barcode grading verifier. The inspection control software is our own — one of nine registered copyrights we hold for press control.
Test on your container
Our laboratory supports adhesion, friction and temperature testing. Send your container and use conditions so we can agree on a suitable test plan. Equipment limits are not label performance ratings.
Samples and short runs
Digital CMYK + white supports short runs on suitable paper and film stocks without printing plates. We review material and finishing requirements before confirming a sample or production route.

PS Plate Printing
Up to 7 colours + 1. Sharp fine text and high ink density for small-format labels.
Flexographic
Up to 12 colours. Inline rotary die-cutting and sheeting on our 12-colour presses. Long runs at speed, with consistent colour across batches.
Screen
Heavy ink lay-down for tactile and high-opacity effects.
Digital UV
CMYK + white. Short runs, variable data and fast turnaround with no plate cost.
Web width 300 mm standard, 450 mm on one press (print length ≤ 380 mm). In-house Esko CDI and CTP platemaking. The production route is confirmed against your specification.
Label Testing for Your Application
We assess label constructions against agreed application conditions. Share your container, temperature range and exposure to moisture, oils or chemicals; testing and documentation are confirmed for the project.

01 · Share Your Requirements
Send the label size, quantity, number of designs and a description or photo of the container. Tell us whether labels will be applied by hand or machine.
02 · Review Material & Quote
We review the stock, adhesive, printing and finish, then confirm the quotation and any details needed for a sample.
03 · Approve Artwork & Samples
Confirm the artwork proof and roll specification. For a new application, agree on a sample plan and test on the intended container before the production run.
04 · Produce, Inspect & Dispatch
Production follows the agreed specification. Inspection, packing, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed for the order.
For machine application, prepare the core size, maximum roll diameter and unwind direction if known.
Questions Before Your First Order
I am not sure which material to choose. What should I send?
A product or container photo, the surface material, label size and intended use are enough to start a discussion. Include water, oil, temperature or outdoor exposure where relevant.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on size, material, printing process, finish and the number of designs. Send the quantity you need so we can confirm a suitable production route and quotation.
Can I check a sample before ordering?
We can review a sample plan for your project. Sample type, availability, cost and timing are confirmed before preparation. Test a new construction on the actual container under its intended conditions.
What details are needed for roll labels?
Tell us whether you use a printer or automatic applicator. If known, include the roll core, maximum outer diameter, unwind direction and labels per roll.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the confirmed specification, material availability, quantity and finishing. Share your target date at enquiry; production and shipping times are confirmed separately.
