Inspection is over-built
Seven high-speed inspection machines, two inline vision systems and a barcode grading verifier. The inspection control software is our own — one of nine registered copyrights we hold for press control.
We test, not guess
Our laboratory holds an XRF spectrometer, a tensile tester, a 300 °C oven and a −45 °C freezer. Send us your container and we will bond a test label to it.
First order: one piece
White ink on the digital line means clear and metallised films run short without a plate. Prove it on your own product, then scale to the conventional presses — same factory, no change of supplier.

Almost every label failure traces back to the wrong face stock. Pick the one that matches what your label has to survive.
BOPP Labels
Waterproof film for bottles, wet wipes and chilled packs. Clear BOPP gives the no-label look on glass and clear plastic.
PET & Polyimide Labels
Heat, solvents and outdoor exposure. Rating plates, PCB and electronics assembly, asset tags, engine bay components.
Metallized Labels
Met-PET and bright silver BOPP with a true metal finish. White ink underprint means short runs need no plate.
Synthetic Paper Labels
Prints like paper, behaves like film. Tear, water and oil resistant — used where coated paper keeps failing.
Kraft & Coated Paper
Natural uncoated kraft for organic food and craft beverage; coated paper for accurate colour at the lowest cost.
Thermal Labels
Barcode, logistics and shipping stock for your own printers — supplied with matching wax, wax-resin and resin ribbons.

Letterpress
Up to 7 colours + 1. Sharp fine text and high ink density for small-format labels.
Flexographic
Up to 12 colours + 2. Long runs at speed, with consistent colour across batches.
Screen
Heavy ink lay-down for tactile and high-opacity effects.
Digital UV
CMYK + white. Short runs, variable data and fast turnaround with no plate cost.
Web width 320–350 mm standard, 450 mm maximum. Platemaking in-house on Esko CDI and CTP — no outsourcing, no delay.
