Custom self-adhesive labels for food jars, bottles, pouches and outer packaging. Start with the container surface and the way the product is packed, stored and handled. We review the face material, adhesive, print and protective finish together before confirming the specification.
Food Packaging Applications
- Dry goods, bakery boxes and jars: review paper or film faces for branding, ingredients and product information. Check adhesion on uncoated, coated or recycled packaging.
- Chilled and frozen packs: specify the temperature during labelling separately from the storage range, including condensation and the time available for bonding.
- Sauces and cooking oils: review contact with the actual contents, handling and container curvature. Include any oil on the surface during filling.
Material and Format Example

Choose the Material, Printing and Finish
Kraft paper can provide a natural appearance for dry packaging. BOPP film and synthetic paper are options to review where moisture, handling or tear resistance matter. The complete construction must be checked on the intended package.
Printing and die-cutting follow the approved artwork and label shape. Review lamination or varnish for the required appearance and handling. If your line adds dates, weights or batch codes, identify the printer and leave a compatible area for overprinting.
Approve Samples on Your Packaging
Check edge lift, adhesion, print legibility and scuffing after the expected storage and handling cycle. For cold-chain applications, include application temperature, chilled or frozen storage and condensation after removal. Agree on the test conditions and acceptance criteria before production.
Tell us where the label sits relative to the food and which market documentation your project requires. Material documentation must be confirmed for the selected construction and intended use.
