Refund and Return Policy for Label Printing Products:

Return Time Frame

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the label printing product.

Acceptable Reasons for Return

a. Product quality issues: such as visible damage, stains, etc.
b. Printing errors: major discrepancies from the approved design.
c. Product does not meet customer requirements: such as size, material, etc. that do not match the explicitly agreed-upon specifications in the order.

Return Process

a. Contact customer service: Please reach out to our customer service first, explaining the reason for the return and providing relevant evidence (e.g., photos).
b. Provide detailed return information: Include the order number, reason for return, contact information, etc.
c. Ship the return: Send the return product to the specified return address.
d. Refund processing: We will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the return product and confirming the issue, using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

a. If the return is due to the printing company’s error, the printing company will cover the return shipping costs.
b. If the return is due to the customer’s reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-returnable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for returns:
a. Customized products, such as unique sizes, patterns, or text.
b. Used or irreparable products.
c. Return requests exceeding the time limit.
